Some examples of what you’ll learn

The iPhone app market is not saturated.

appstoreiconThere are 25,000+ apps in the App Store. That’s a lot of apps. You might be discouraged by the feeling that every idea has been thought of. Don’t be.

The apps you see on the App Store are not refined yet. Even the best ones leave some wanting more.

How will you know when the App Store and iPhone apps are winding down? When all your friends stop having “wouldn’t it be cool if there was an app that…” ideas. When you or others say this, it means there are needs not being met. And until you make it…there isn’t an app for that.

How to NOT get your approval delayed for a week.

applicationiconWhen we submitted Toast Timer to Apple for approval, we ran into a bit of a snag…

A week after we submitted the app, they rejected it for no apparent reason. They asked us to simply resubmit.

I went to the developer site to find out what I can do. And I found it…

Apple had a Mac app called Application Loader that you could install. Once you install it, it analyzes your app’s zip file. It verifies all the certificates, icons, and other things are correct BEFORE submitting to Apple.

Minimize your chances of app rejection and always use the Application Loader.
