About
Bickbot is a small team that makes elegant iPhone apps. Our apps make your life easier. We focus on user experience.
Design Oriented
An iPhone app should feel good to use. It needs to do the absolute core task it’s suppose to do. And then it needs to get out of the way.
A lot of our time is spent on design. John Ellenich designs our apps. We try to keep on-track with his designs. This gives the apps a uniform feel. Nothing kills great design more than non-designers tweaking and touching things here and there.
Community Oriented
We create iPhone app tutorials on GigaOm’s TheAppleBlog.com so that everybody can learn how to make iPhone apps.
We also create open-source projects on Github so that other iPhone app developers and designers have a platform to create their own apps.
The newsletter we offer helps other iPhone app developers and designers by offering tips and lessons learned by us.
There’s even a secret email list that Henry has where we can share iPhone app contractor/consulting gigs. Send Henry a note if you want in on this.
The Team
We have a pretty chill team. We’re Michigan State University alumni. Mac users. Diggnation fans. We also heart Twitter.
Our active management team: Henry Balanon, John Ellenich and Adrian Pittman.
Our rock and roll alumni: Keun Lee
